Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy is designed to protect both your time and mine. All clients are required to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before their appointment. Any cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are strictly enforced and will lead to the loss of your booking fee plus a 50% no-show fee.
Please note that all booking fees are non-refundable, and after two rescheduled appointments, a new booking fee will be required to secure another spot. I also offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a new $40 non-refundable booking fee will apply.
